Jim moved his family to Bend in 1997, where they enjoyed boating, camping, hunting and many of the outdoor activities that Central Oregon offers. In 1997, Jim started the High Point Subdivision, which consisted of 106 lots next to Mountain View High School. Within a few years, Jim also started Hollow Pine Estates, a 135 lot subdivision in SE Bend. Jim has been active as a Youth Career Advocate Sponsor and a Community and Sports Sponsor. Jim has successfully sought out some of the best companies that the Central Oregon building industry has to offer. Jim has a keen eye for detail and is a professional when it comes to orchestrating a project with all the different entities that it takes to build any project.
